This time they've returned to Finca Las Brisas in Guatemala's New Oriente region for this stunner of a washed coffee. Marvin Carias bought his first plot of land in 1990 and has steadily expanded and modernised his business with sustainability in mind. He processes both his own harvests and those of smallholder farmers around him at his on-site wet mill where he carefully monitors water wastage using an 8 stage water cleaning plant that helps to recycle water for processing.

Great for pairing with milk or drinking without, we're recommending this bag for espresso, but it'll make a satisfying Clever Dripper or French press brew too.
