Sweet, complex and zesty, this new coffee from Outpost has a little bit of something for everyone.

Colombian coffee farm Finca Bella Vista was founded in 1948 by Jorge Eliecer Pianeta high in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta mountains of Magdalena, northern Colombia. The forest village of Pueblo Bello is an ideal location an ideal place for coffee cultivation and proved a safe haven for Jorge who was fleeing political violence.

His children and grandchildren, including Rubin, are continuing the farm’s legacy as a standout producer in this region. Their organic coffee is grown at 1800MASL and processed nearby with the help of exporter Muskox coffee. The hand picked and carefully sorted coffee cherries are dried slowly in vertical drying silos that use recycled parchment coffee (aka café pergamino) as a renewable energy source. The natural processed coffee dries for between 7-10 days and is closely monitored for moisture levels.

This versatile brew has been roasted for filter brewing where the clarity of the cup really shines.
