The renowned Santa Clara estate has been growing coffee in Guatemala’s Antigua valley region for over a century. Ricardo Zelaya is the fourth generation of his family to oversee the farm and he’s transformed the site with his experience in agribusiness. Santa Clara operates a complete processing facility with a wet-mill and a dry-mill on site for complete control over the final product.

The unique Malawi Geisha varietal thrives in the shade covered forests of Antigua, which is surrounded by three volcanoes, and makes for a really special and elegant natural process coffee.
