A rare Chinese coffee carefully roasted by London micro-roastery KillBean, specialists in sourcing and roasting exceptional unique lots from China. They’ve called this lot Peachy Oolong and that’s exactly what it’s giving us: punchy peach flavour with the refreshing aroma of oolong tea and a sweet brown sugar finish.

This sun-dried natural coffee comes from the Dehong region of China’s main coffee producing region, Yunnan and has undergone an anaerobic enzymatic fermentation to create a coffee that is reminiscent of peach kombucha.

This delicate brew is definitely one for the filter drinkers, with a complex flavour profile that really unfolds as it cools.
