This one’s a washed coffee with a bit of a difference, sourced from Linarco Rodriguez who’s made his name producing experimental lots on his farm Finca Betania in the Colombia’s Huila region. Linarco, or Don Lino as he’s known locally, combines the best of the traditional farming practices he observed growing up, with a commitment to quality and innovation that’s inspired many younger producers.

Linarco’s advanced washed process involves a controlled 32 hour anaerobic fermentation that amplifies the characteristic citrus brightness, before the coffee is washed and dried for 20-25 days.
