These single origin Brazilian coffee beans have been sourced from the historic Fazenda Bela Vista in the heart of Minas Gerais, where Antonio Lima Reis’s family have been growing coffee since 1923.

For this natural lot, Bela Vista have utilised an interesting process called the static dried method. This rotary drying method, the coffee cherries dry slowly in boxes where hot and cold air are alternated every 12 hours. This slow dehydration both increases consistency and brings out those stewed fruit notes which shine with both hand brewing methods and espresso.
