Luz Helena Salazar and her husband Jairo Arcila are leading figures in the Colombian specialty coffee industry and across the globe, supported by export business Cofinet which was founded by their sons. Luz Helena’s farms Finca La Leona and Finca Maracay are a frequent sight on our roasters' offer lists as this area of Quindio is afforded year round harvests.

This washed lot from La Leona was processed nearby at Cofinet’s La Pradera processing station.

With lots of orange acidity to cut through the sweet caramel body, this coffee works great with or without milk, but we think it’s crying out to be a super sweet iced americano!
