Cairngorm go way back with Doralid Mendez, selecting her coffee every year since the very first time it was imported to the UK. It’s not loyalty that keeps them coming back, it just keeps delivering. This year’s washed coffee is smooth and creamy with versatile cherry and nougat flavour. 

Colombian coffee farmer Dora exclusively farms the Castillo variety on Finca Buena Vista in Huila, which has been able to grow with the support of Cedro Alto.

Cedro Alto are a vertically integrated collective who work with small coffee farmers to get their produce to specialty roasters around the world and challenge the traditional supply chain. They take on the financial burden and risk of transport, export and admin and let the farmers crack on with the things they do best: growing great coffee. All of this is done transparently and on the condition of strict environmental criteria- helping to keep great coffee in the specialty supply chain while promoting sustainable farming practices.
