Xarel-Lo, Garnacha and Trepat are hand harvested at Entre Vinyes's Penedès vineyards near the mediterranean coast, before being direct pressed and fermented separately in steel tanks- the Garnacha and trepat as rosés! The resulting juice is racked and kept on lees untouched for six months and then bottled without fining or filtration for a real cloudy glass.
