Hampshire coffee roaster Blue Hour are capturing the feeling of the last hour of night and first of day in a cup. They source and roast exciting specialty coffee that they hope can become a daily ritual. 

Blue Hour founders Nick and Ben have decades of coffee experience. From high street chains, to Australian  coffee bars and onto the competition scene- the pair have thrown themselves into every aspect of the industry. They now source and roast specialty coffee from their base at Hampshire Pantry near Winchester- working alongside likeminded  local businesses on a working farm.
