Mexico El Zapoteco - North Star Coffee
A sweetly balanced Mexican coffee roasted by North Star. This one comes from the southern region of Oaxaca where growers have had to overcome the difficult market wrought by climate related disease. The producers, El Zapateco rely on community rather than migrant labour, making these coffee beans much more sustainable filled with sweet green apple and milk chocolate notes with a very pleasant mouthfeel.
