Colombia La Estrella del Ostro - North Star Coffee
Colombia La Estrella del Ostro is produced by a group of farmers situated in the southern town of La Plata in Huila, Colombia who own small parcels of land in the same microclimate and each process their cherries in their own micro wet mill. Complex and fruity with a great balance of acidity and body, this is a North Star coffee that works beautifully in most brew methods and can also take a bit of milk too.
