Shop coffee for cold brew
A brewing process where coffee is steeped in cold or room-temperature water for an extended period of time, then filtered. This slow extraction produces a refreshing, less-acidic drink. Perfect for an iced coffee in the summer.
Cold Brew
In our Jesmond shop a lot of the time we use Juicebox for our cold brew iced coffee. A juicy & peachy number that is glorious when that sun is shining down.
If fruity coffee isn’t your vibe & you’d prefer a stronger cup with a dash of milk you can go for a darker & chocolatey coffee - whatever works for you. We always recommend a coarser grind size for cold brew so the water can get through easily and fully saturate the ground coffee.
The caffeine content in cold brew can be quite high due to it's longer brewing time.
