Yallah’s premium house coffee is all about offering a delicious, single origin espresso coffee beans with traceability that you can Trust.
This edition features coffee from Finca El Recuerdo in Nicaragua, a hidden gem of a farm near the Honduran border run by Marcos Florian and his six children. Previously, the coffee from El Recuerdo was blended with lower grade regional coffees, and Marcos did not receive a premium on it. Yallah have worked with Marcos for three years, purchasing his full harvest this season so that they can appreciate its full quality and increase its value year after year.
This washed lot is giving us dark chocolate and a hint of sweet date, all wrapped up in a syrupy body, perfect for brewing a rich espresso and ideal for pairing with milk.
Yallah Coffee are a small team roasting single-origin coffee out of a barn in Falmouth, Cornwall. Their roasting operation is backed by direct climate action: importing coffee by sail, eliminating single use packaging, committing to composting and powering the whole thing with renewable energy.
In 2024, they began their 1% for the planet membership, pledging to donate 1% of profits to environmental change.
Yallah partner with community charities both in Cornwall and at origin, sourcing with relationship and transparency at the forefront while also assisting rural Cornish communities to improve quality of life closer to home.
