La Morena, Guatemala - Round Hill Roastery
A fruity and sweet Guatemalan coffee, roasted specifically for filter by Round Hill. It is the result of the La Morena project in Huehuetenango, which aims to fight the gender disparity of the coffee growing industry in the region- where women provide 70% of the labour in production, but still lack access to resources and rarely operate farms. Produced entirely by women farmers, this fully washed coffee is full of stewed fruit flavour and toasty honeycomb body.

This coffee roaster focuses on single farm and single estate coffee allows them to create strong relationships direct with suppliers and bring truly unique coffee and complete transparency to their customers.
Round Hill roast their coffee specifically for either filter or espresso so they can bring out the best in their beans and their bright bags make things simple: blue for filter, pink for espresso.
