Women's Crown, Rwanda - Hundred House Coffee
A tasty anaerobic washed Rwandan, this fruity number full of sweet plum flavour
comes to us very highly recommended from the guys at Hundred House.
This coffee is named Women's Crown after the Urugori or "women’s crown” given to women after giving birth as symbolic recognition of their contribution to society and has been produced and processed entirely by women at Gusharu Washing Station in the Nyungwe rainforest.
Co-founders Matthew Wade and Anabelle De Gersigny focus on careful small batch roasting backed by decades of coffee experience. The team at Hundred House’s passion for culture means their coffee also supports the creative community through outreach and collaboration.
