Dbarbosa, Brazil - Hundred House Coffee
Hundred House have cultivated a great relationship with Danilo Barbosa, a fifth generation Brazilian producer whose family are really passionate about showing both the traditions and innovations of coffee from the Cerrado Mineiro.
The Barbosa family farm specialises in natural and pulped natural process, with this coffee undergoing natural fermentation and dried in the sun to develop a caramel sweetness.
While we’re all about the fruity and funky boys, sometimes you can’t beat a classic tasting cup like this one. Rich in body with light nutty notes that compliment smooth chocolate flavour.
Co-founders Matthew Wade and Anabelle De Gersigny focus on careful small batch roasting backed by decades of coffee experience. The team at Hundred House’s passion for culture means their coffee also supports the creative community through outreach and collaboration.
