Sourced from Finca Don Jose and processed at the Beneficio Brumas del Zurqui Micro Mill in Costa Rica’s Central Valley region. While the mill has won awards for its innovations in honey processing, this lot is a sun-dried natural with notes of blackberry and cranberry - perfect for filter brewing.

The micro-mill is managed by fourth generation producer Juan Raman Alvarado Rodriguez and his family. Juan is proud of generating employment opportunities in his local community, especially when Costa Rica faces large scale labour shortages. The team are constantly upgrading their facilities, which now includes its own cupping laboratory and roastery to maintain quality and consistency.
