Curve’s new feature filter is a Colombian coffee packed with well-rounded cantaloupe and blackberry flavour and a satisfyingly jammy body.

This lot features coffee from members of ACC (Association of Coffee Producers of Central Cauca for Peace), a group founded with the intention of improving coffee quality while fostering peace in a region still affected by guerilla violence. Their cherries were processed at ACC founder Robinson Rivera’s own farm, El Silencio, where it underwent honey processing, fermented with its mucilage for 36 hours.

A versatile and sweet coffee, we think this one is crying out for an Aeropress brew; serve black to pick out those rich fruit tasting notes.
