Santo Domingo Teojomulco - Crankhouse Coffee
An exciting Oaxacan coffee from Crankhouse. Mexico is a producer of much smaller coffee quantities than elsewhere in Central America, making the coffee we get to try from these small lots extra special. This one comes from smallholders in the Santo Domingo Teojomulco municipality where a lot of time is given to screening for the best quality beans to combine. The result here is sweet and nutty at first taste, and develops fresh apple fruitiness when allowed to cool.
Exeter based Crankhouse Coffee launched in 2014, growing from a single car garage to a roastery in the heart of Exeter where quality is key.
