Baristocracy Honduras - Baristocracy Coffee
These Honduran coffee beans come from the farm of Jose Cecilio Lopez Mejia in the mountain region of Lempira, close to the El Salvador border. This honey processed coffee, roasted in Newcastle by Baristocracy, provides a really full bodied cup with notable caramel notes, and a little peach green tea acidity- a real winner for the changing seasons.
We’ve been recommending this one for use with Aeropress, to get the best from both the body and fruit flavour of this coffee.
Baristocracy is a family business bringing Australian speciality coffee expertise to the North East.
