Brazil Sitio Penha - Round Hill Roastery
Round Hill are starting the new year off strong with a deliciously sweet natural Brazilian coffee: smooth vanilla body with sweet nougat and slightly funky blackcurrant jelly. This microlot comes from Luís Fernando de Moraes and Carliane Guelere’s small farm Sitio Penha in Minas Gerais, where the couple oversee production of exclusively natural coffees. Their coffees have been recognised by Especialíssimo, a programme that rewards excellence in specialty coffee production, and with this one we can see why.
This coffee has been roasted by Round Hill specifically for filter brew methods, but don’t let that stop you from brewing your way!
