Just in time for the end of Lunar New year celebrations, Odd Kin have roasted up a delicious new coffee from China. Juicy and rich, with strawberry sweetness breaking up a decadent cocoa body, these coffee beans have a versatile flavour profile that works well with all brewing methods.

Fuyan farm and washing station is managed by Mrs Na and Mr Li and produces some of the highest graded Chinese specialty coffee. Their farm spans 80 acres in the mountains of Yunnan, with coffee planted amongst shade trees and specialty tea plants. A team of mostly indigenous Lahu pickers harvest the ripest cherries, while Mrs Na and Mr Li oversee processing.

This lot has been processed naturally, undergoing a controlled fermentation before being dried on raised beds.
