Harmony’s bright and fruity range does exactly what it says on the tin, intensely fruity coffees that sing with flavour.

This latest one comes from Costa Rican coffee producers Hermanos Aguilera and their farm Finca Edgar. The brothers acquired the farm 15 years ago to carry on the work of their father Edgar, who pioneered coffee production in the Los Robles region. Previously, the site of Finca Edgar would have been unsuitable for coffee cultivation due to high winds, but careful attention to farm management and a real passion for coffee has allowed them to produce award winning coffees.

This honey processed coffee makes use of the high yield and disease resistant Milenio hybrid varietal, producing a deliciously sweet cup with prominent apple and grape flavour.

After competing in (and winning) barista comps across the UK, and roasting up a storm with Kiss the Hippo, Ben Rowe’s going it alone with his own nano-roastery Harmony Coffee based in York. A real coffee man through and through, Ben has worked in almost every sector of the industry, and the coffee we’ve tried from Harmony shows this wealth of experience.
