Back, back, back again- a fresh drop of Hard Lines Rwanda Kilimbi, one of our favourite coffees year on year! This honey processed Rwandan, that comes from the award-winning Kilimbi washing station on the lush forested banks of Lake Kivu, is full of sweet mandarin orange and juicy melon notes that provide a real taste of summer, but this time around has a delicious honey mouthfeel.

The cool temperatures of the Rwandan highlands provide the perfect setting for honey processing. This lot underwent 12 hours of fermentation, then agitated with a traditional foot stomping ceremony that leaves some of the mucilage attached to the coffee seed. The partially pulped coffee is then laid out to dry.

We love this made with a pour over method to bring out all the best citrussy notes or cold brewed for the ultimate summer vibes.
