La Trinidad is Hard Lines’ first ever coffee from Costa Rica (?!) so we’re buzzing to have our hands on it. These coffee beans come from a community lot produced by Coope Tarrazu- Costa Rica’s largest co-op who have a large history of both incredible research and social impact.
The producers themselves are directors of the co-operative who understand the infrastructural challenges of the region, and play a key part in deciding how to best use their profits.
The honey process native to Costa Rica creates an undeniably fruity bag that’s packed full of all your favourite red fruit flavours- perfect for hand brewing with V60, Kalita, or Chemex.
We are long-time Hard Lines coffee fans.
