India Palani Hills - Hard Lines Coffee Roasters
A fast-growing origin, this is the third Indian coffee of the season from Hard Lines. The Palani Hills are a mountain range in the Southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu where the high altitude forests provide excellent conditions for coffee growing. This one is extra interesting, undergoing an extended fermentation period during its washing to bring more complex flavours to the coffee, which is rich in dark chocolate and hazelnut with the full-bodied intense sweetness of jaggery.
