India Baba Budan Giri - Hard Lines Coffee Roasters
Another new coffee origin from Hard Lines. This time they’ve brought us an Indian red honey, sourced from specialist producers Ekata. This one comes from the home of Indian coffee, the southern hilly coffee-growing region of Bababudangiri, named for Baba Budan, who is said to have brought beans back from Yemen in the 17th century to introduce it to India. The red honey process of this rare coffee makes for a beautiful tropical and rich coffee, and with its fruit and nougat notes works great for an espresso or a punchy filter.
