Guatemala El Templo - Hard Lines Coffee Roasters
A community blend sourced from small growers in the high altitude area that surrounds the city of Huehuetenango, these new Guatemalan coffee beans roasted by Hard Lines Coffee are a great example of the full-bodied fruitiness common to the region. The shaded mountains of this historic Mayan region means the coffee cherries take longer to ripen, resulting in intensely sweet flavour profiles. Complex in structure but with that characteristic raisin and caramel apple sweetness, we think this one would make for a delicious batch brew, moka pot or espresso.
Hard Lines’s Guatemalan coffees didn’t hang about last year, and we doubt this washed lot will either!
