China Banka - Hard Lines Coffee Roasters
This Chinese coffee from Hard Lines introduced us to the China as a coffee origin last year, so it was only right that we snapped up the latest harvest this time around. Coffee beans like this washed lot at Banka farm and washing station in the southern province of Yunnan come from both the on-site 100 hectare farm and various small hold lots on the hillsides of the surrounding villages of Banka Yi and Banka Er.
The resulting cup is full of crunchy acidity like biting into a granny smith apple, with brown sugar body that is versatile enough for any brewing method.
