Ethiopia Ardent Sidama Shantagolba - Dark Woods
A beautifully floral and sweet Ethiopian coffee roasted by Huddersfield based Dark Woods. These fully washed coffee beans are sourced from villages in the Sidama region and processed for Ashenafi Argaw’s export operation ‘Ardent’ at their brand new ShantaGolba washing station. Argaw and the team behind Ardent Coffee are renowned for incredible fruit-forward cups and their transparent focus on micro-lots from iconic Ethiopian coffee regions like Sidama, Guji and Yirgacheffe. Dark Woods have formed a strong partnership with Ardent, specially selecting unique lots like this one that offers light floral aromas and a deliciously rounded cup balanced by sweet citrus.
