We’re big big fans of Edinburgh based Cult’s single origin offerings. This new Peruvian coffee comes from Rogelio Peña Huaman’s farm Finca La Familia where he cultivates specialty coffee beans with his son Franklin, an agricultural technician.

The father-son duo are continuously experimenting with pre and post harvest techniques on their own estate, while assisting other growers in Nazareth de la Cumbre to develop their farming practices and coffee quality.

This lot underwent 48 hours of anaerobic fermentation in sealed bags to develop a big juicy flavour profile brimming with green apple and citrus notes, alongside a lingering sweet toffee finish.
