The very first Thai coffee we’ve tried, and what a treat it is. Roasted by Cartwheel and sourced by Indochina from Sirinya Coffee in the mountains of Chiang Rai, these coffee beans have a delicately fruity flavour, with tropical flavours and elderflower aromatics.

Oil and Goh Chaosuwanwilai who operate Sirinya are real pioneers of experimental specialty coffee in Thailand, introducing new processing methods to elevate their specialty grade lots while also supporting the generational coffee farmers within their community. This lot has undergone anaerobic fermentation in plastic barrels mixed with native yeasts, before being carefully slow-dried with the mucilage to achieve optimum moisture levels.
