Naughty - Honduras - Cairngorm Coffee
Cairngorm have blessed us with a trio of festive coffees this year. ‘Naughty’ is a washed anaerobic process coffee from Nelson Ramirez in Honduras, a third generation coffee producer who has moved to complete biodynamic production on his farm Androz in Peña Blanca, where he focuses on specialty micro-lots.
Bold and bright, with tasting notes of blood orange, maple syrup and cherries, these Honduran coffee beans are like a festive cocktail, for the coffee lover in your life who prefers their brew funky, rich, and a little bit naughty.
