Cancado Peaberry, Brazil - Cairngorm Coffee
The sun’s come out for two seconds and we’ve been absolutely milking the fruity coffees, so we thought we’d better get some more chocolatey and rich coffees in to balance things out (even if it is just to keep Craig happy).
Thankfully, Cairngorm’s offer list came up with the goods in the form of this naturally processed Brazilian coffee that wraps up sweet milk chocolate in a creamy nougat body. Sourced from a family run farm in Ibiraci, southwest Minas Gerais, these peaberry coffee beans come from a natural mutation resulting in smaller, denser, and some say more flavourful coffee beans.
