Cairngorm’s deliciously clean washed Colombian coffee with soft summer fruit and citrussy Campari notes is like sipping a perfectly mixed Negroni. These coffee beans come courtesy of Cofinet’s Huila Reserve programme which rewards good farming practices and improved quality coffee produced by smallholder farmers in Colombia's central Huila department.

These lots are delivered to a central warehouse where they are tasted and graded individually and then combined to produce a balanced and considered cup that compliments each contributing coffee.

Surprisingly crowd pleasing and versatile for such a fruity number, we’ve been sipping this one as a cold brew but reckon it has enough comfy body to make a tasty espresso.
