Colombia, Sebastian Gomez - ALL CAPS Coffee
Young farmer Sebastian Gomez comes from a traditional Colombian coffee-growing family in Quindio. He shares the 13 hectare farm La Divisa with his father, where they have concentrated on specialty coffee cultivation since 2014.
His work is just one example of the coffee industry’s real shift from quantity to quality, something that’s definitely on show with this natural processed lot!
This coffee from ALL CAPS features brilliant body with remarkably full flavour that’s complex while remaining balanced. Sweet sponge cake with apricot jam initially, turning to pure cherry juice as it cools.
We’re really excited about this one, representing incredible quality for the price. Try it as an espresso with or without milk, or as a full bodied filter brew.
