Brazil Lagoinha Farm - ALL CAPS Coffee
ALL CAPS just can’t stop smashing it out the park with their Brazilian coffee beans. The latest comes from Lagoinha Farm, a 203 hectare farm in Carmo da Cachoeira, Minas Gerais.
The farm has been producing coffee on a commercial scale for over 100 years, but since Carlos Canellas and Matheus Avelar took over in 2019 the focus has shifted to specialty production. This change in direction has seen the farm invest in sustainable crop management, processing and infrastructure, all geared to producing the finest coffee possible while respecting the environment.
This classic tasting Brazilian natural offers creamy body and sweet, balanced flavour that’s been specifically roasted for both black and milk espresso based drinks.
Chester-based ALL CAPS coffee have been supplying the North West and beyond with beans and brews since 2021. There's a reason ALL CAPS are popping up as a guest roaster up and down the UK, they pride themselves on tasty coffee backed by transparent sourcing, roasting up their carefully selected lots on a Giesen roaster, keeping the distinctive qualities of each coffee intact.
While everything we've tried from ALL CAPS has been delicious, we'd be lying if we said it wasn't the fun, psychedelic branding that pulled us in.
