What better intro to a new coffee supplier than a sweet and chocolatey Brazilian coffee that’s the perfect espresso blend?! ALL CAPS’s chose this coffee as their house option for its versatility and ease on espresso machines and its crowd-pleasing taste both with and without milk.
These coffee beans come from the farms of Jaqueline Borges’s Fazenda Rancharia and Jordana Tacila Almeida Conti’s Fazenda Rubiacev, both in the Cerrado Mineiro coffee growing region. The two women are part of Covoya’s Café Delas scheme to assist women farmers in accessing resources and knowledge.
Chester-based ALL CAPS coffee have been supplying the North West and beyond with beans and brews since 2021. There's a reason ALL CAPS are popping up as a guest roaster up and down the UK, they pride themselves on tasty coffee backed by transparent sourcing, roasting up their carefully selected lots on a Giesen roaster, keeping the distinctive qualities of each coffee intact.
