Yallah have always looked to Nicaragua for their house roast, and for this batch they’ve combined washed lots from the Mozonte, Dipilto and Loma Fria communities in Nueva Segovia. All of these communities sell their coffee cherry to Cafetos de Segovia, a business run by sisters Ana and Martha Albir which helps to responsibly connect coffee farmers to buyers to forge long-term connections like the one that supports this coffee!

Great for pairing with milk or drinking without, we're recommending this bag for espresso, but it'll make a satisfying Clever Dripper or French press brew too.
