Kigwandi AA, Kenya - Hard Lines Coffee Roasters
This Kenyan coffee from Hard Lines has a deep sweetness and complex acidity, with tasting notes of blackcurrant and rhubarb. This is due to the processing method at the Kigwandi Factory where the coffee is fermented in tanks for 48 hours then soaked for a second fermentation for 24 hours. We like this one as a filter or AeroPress as a lovely fruity afternoon pick me up.
