China Fuyan - Hard Lines Coffee Roasters
We’ve got our mitts on another delicious Chinese coffee from Hard Lines. This one is a natural process lot from Fuyan washing station, an award-winning processing station run by Mrs Na and Mr Li. Coffees processed here come from both their own land and that of local smallholders. At 1700MASL the Yunnan mountains, coffee is intercropped with macadamia, fruit trees and specialty teas and picked mainly by indigenous Lahu workers.
This beautiful setting clearly makes for beautiful coffee, this cup is very blackberry forward, with pleasantly toasty nougat notes to round out the cup.
