Mm.. Fruit Blend - ALL CAPS Coffee
Blends have a reputation for being balanced but a bit boring. This new fruit blend from ALL CAPS has definitely changed our minds.
MM.. pairs a crisp washed Nicaraguan coffee with a deeply fruity and rounded Colombian natural to create a brew that's perfect for pour over or for vibrant black espresso drinks so that you wake up every day excited to drink up!
The Colombian lot is 100% Geisha coffee and comes from Luis Anibal Calderon’s farm Villa Betulia where the focus is on high quality micro lots and rare varietals. The Nicaraguan component was sourced from Las Hortensias, an environmentally-conscious farm in Nueva Segovia run by third generation farmer Ana Albir Sotomayor.
We’ve tried a few coffees from both of these farms now, and it’s always a joy to see the amazing work our favourite roasters do to create exciting blends.
Chester-based ALL CAPS coffee have been supplying the North West and beyond with beans and brews since 2021. There's a reason ALL CAPS are popping up as a guest roaster up and down the UK, they pride themselves on tasty coffee backed by transparent sourcing, roasting up their carefully selected lots on a Giesen roaster, keeping the distinctive qualities of each coffee intact.
While everything we've tried from ALL CAPS has been delicious, we'd be lying if we said it wasn't the fun, psychedelic branding that pulled us in.
