Limber Ezequiel Mexico - 17 Grams
Brighton roastery 17 Grams are big fans of SIPROCAFE’s (Sierra Productora de Cafe) coffee, and with this one I think we are too now. This new Mexican co-operative was formed by a group of young producers in Amatenango de la Frontera to strengthen their market presence and gain access to the specialty coffee market, showcasing the very best that Mexican coffee has to offer.
This juicy and rich natural lot was produced by founding member of SIPRO Limber Ezequiel, a generational coffee producer who is incredibly passionate about coffee cultivation in his native region.
Dark chocolate body, sweet jammy blackcurrant, and blood orange acidity, this one makes for a complex but versatile cup.
In 2022, they decided to build all that experience into roasting, nabbing a modded-up refurbished roaster from our friends at Crankhouse to set up at a new roastery location.
Since then they’ve been roasting up a storm, focusing on vibrant coffees and perfecting their espresso, filter and omni roast profiles.
