Peru Callayuq - Outpost Coffee
This regional selection is sourced from high-altitude smallholder farmers in the subregion of Callayuq in Cajamarca, northern Peru, a region with great biodiversity of flora and fauna. Outpost’s careful roasting suits this washed coffee perfectly, creating a sweet cup with a slight citrus lift. Specifically roasted for Espresso but gives a lovely bold filter if you fancy it.
