Natasha Williams

Natasha Williams grew up in rural Swartland, in a household where alcohol was taboo. Still she was drawn to winemaking, studying Viticulture and Oenology at Stellenbosch University before working as a winemaker at numerous vineyards across South Africa and beyond. Her own solo label, Lelie van Saron, is based in Hemel-en-Aarde on the Western Cape.

Her approach creates cool climate wines that are a simple and pure expression of the terroir and grape variety.

For Supernature, Natasha worked with Ben and Angela Jordaan- founders of Noble Vice wine festival.
