Colombia Villamaria - Pink Lane Coffee Collective
Villamaria’s cherries are harvested from their surroundings by the Chinchiná River where hotter temperatures produce cherries that lend themselves to natural process coffees. The cherries are sorted and rested before undergoing 48 hours of fermentation and then drying for around 20 days. A real labour of love, this naturally processed Colombian from Pink Lane is super unique with dominant tropical fruit tones and brown sugar at the finish.
