Brazil Classico - Triple Co Roast
Bold, smooth and sweet: Triple Co Roast's seasonal Brazil Classico has everything you want from a good Brazilian coffee. Alongside sweet honey notes and hazelnut notes, this one holds a full body that stands up to milk like a champ and works well as an espresso.
This one comes from Mogiana, a region synonymous with high quality naturals and is a pulped natural: a modern Brazilian method similar to honey processing where the skin of the cherry is removed before the beans dry with the pulp on, giving a beautiful sweetness to the cup.
Triple Co Roast is a speciality roaster in the heart of Bristol , inspired by founder Jo’s studies in California.
Their mission is to small batch roast high quality coffee beans, buy green coffee via true direct trade, and focus on having amazing roaster-to-customer relations as an open-access roastery. This triple focus gives them their name and ensures delicious, ethical coffee and great transparency and knowledge right through to the customer.
