Nice - Burundi - Cairngorm Coffee
Cairngorm have provided a comforting, sweet and silky cup, for their ‘Nice’ festive coffee this year. These washed coffee beans from Burundi have been sourced from the Kibingo Washing Station in Kayanza, where around 3500 smallholder farmers from the surrounding hills process their coffee and receive community support. The station provides specialty quality control and advanced processing equipment, so that farmers can get the best from their smaller harvests- Nice by name and nice by nature.
Redcurrant jelly and dulce de leche tasting notes make for a juicy brew that’s mellow and approachable, the perfect counterpart to their funkier Naughty bag.
