These natural features make incredible coffee that is sought by roasters for both its versatility and uniqueness despite the logistical challenges of operating in this war torn nation. With more coffee organisations investing in Congolese coffee infrastructure, cooperatives and producers, there is hope for better economic stability and a more secure market for farmers and with this a growth in quality.
